The vineyards of Champagne Claude & Belmont covers in its entirety 10 hectares of vines in Vertus,
a village classified Premier Cru, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs.
This exceptional geographical location guarantees the typicality of the wines and the consistent quality
of the Champagnes Claude & Belmont year after year.
The vines are mainly planted mid-side and facing south-east, allowing the grapes to gorge themselves
with sunlight and to reach a better maturity at the time of the harvest.
Finally, the Côte des Blancs is the cradle of the Chardonnay grape variety, the only white
​grape with white juice that gives Claude & Belmont Champagnes elegance and finesse.

Note: The village of Vertus has the peculiarity of having been built in the shape of a heart.

100% Chardonnay
For our Champagne we use only white Chardonnay grapes.
Blanc des Blancs, the finest quality only.

Côte des Blancs
Our Chardonnay grapes grow in the best place. Grown on the best part of the Champagne area. Giving them the best soil so they can grow to become the best grapes.

Récoltant Manipulant
We grow our grapes on our own land, we pres our wine on our own press. We bottle our wine in our own bottle factory. We lay our wine to rest, and let it become Champagne, in our own cellars.
