L' Amant

The color of this champagne is supported. It is through light caramel color that expresses the maturity of this wine. The nonchalance of bubbles on the amber dress confirms the evolutionary character. The nose expresses itself on oxidated notes (prune, coffee, nuts) then the tasting evolves towards notes of undergrowth, dead leaves and grilled hazelnuts. After a very fresh attack, pastry notes and stone fruit make the tasting more complex. And why not decant this champagne to accompany simple morel mushrooms?
